Are there any Maliki jurists who declared that observing the Qunut in the Fajr prayer is an innovation?

Scholars differ concerning the Qunut in the Fajr prayer. The view that it is not prescribed is the position of the Hanafis and Hanbalis. And whoever is unable to examine the evidence himself should imitate one of the scholars whom he trusts. The Maliki madhhab holds that the Qunut is prescribed in Fajr before bowing. Some of them chose that it is prescribed after rising from bowing. Some Malikis held that the Qunut is not prescribed in Fajr, and this is the view of Yahya ibn Yahya al-Laythi.
