What is the authenticity of the saying: "Christ has truly risen, He has risen"?

The resurrection of Christ is one of the false doctrines in corrupted Christianity, and it stems from the doctrines of crucifixion and atonement. The truth is that Christ, peace be upon him, was neither killed nor crucified. Rather, Allah raised him alive to the heavens, as stated by the Almighty: "And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them... Rather, Allah raised him to Himself." (An-Nisa: 157-158).
