Is the Holy Qur'an a book that comprehensively includes all that was mentioned in previous heavenly scriptures, and is it all-encompassing for every time and place?

The Quran is the Book of Allah, preserved from loss and alteration, and it confirms and is supreme over previous scriptures. It contains the fundamental principles of religion, along with details that require elaboration, found in the Quranic verses and the Sunnah. It also encompasses the comprehensive objectives present in previous scriptures, and it is suitable for every time and place. Allah has commanded people to act upon it after its revelation. However, it does not contain all the details mentioned in previous scriptures, such as some stories and detailed accounts of the Hereafter found in the Torah.
