Is a man entitled to have sexual intercourse with his wife after beating her, insulting her, and insulting her parents, and would the wife be sinful if she refused to share his bed after such harm, taking into account what was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding his prohibition of beating a woman then approaching her?

The spouses are obligated to treat each other well. A husband cursing his wife and insulting her family is a deviation from this and a transgression (fisq). The husband must fear Allah and refrain from these actions. We advise the wife to be patient, avoid provoking her husband, and involve someone who can influence him. If these means are not effective, she may refer her case to a judge if she fears harm from his continued unjust abuse. However, her refusal to share the marital bed is impermissible.
