What is the ruling on a husband who does not deal justly between his two wives in terms of lodging, where he permanently resides with one of them and only stays with the other under specific circumstances?

A husband must be just among his wives in lodging, spending, and clothing. Whoever is not just will come on the Day of Resurrection with one side of his body drooping. Therefore, he must repent and appease the wife he wronged.
