Is it permissible to write Qur'anic verses with human blood—whether from a living donor or a deceased person—and what is the ruling concerning the one who orders, assists, or supports this act? Does the ruling differ if the perpetrator is a Muslim or a non-Muslim?

It is not permissible to write verses from the Holy Quran or Prophetic hadiths with human blood or any other impurities or filth. Anyone who does so, out of disdain for the religion, is an apostate disbeliever from Islam, because it involves insulting the words of Allah, His revelation, and the words of His Prophet. Scholars have explicitly stated that throwing a copy of the Quran into filth or writing it with impure substances is considered disbelief (kufr). Whoever aids in this act, being knowingly and intentionally involved, shares in the sin of the doer, for Allah Almighty says: "And He has already sent down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by disbelievers] and scoffed at, so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together."
