What is the ruling if a man enjoined his sons not to marry their daughters to their relatives due to an incident that occurred with him, then one of the relatives - whose religious commitment and character are pleasing - proposed to one of his daughters after the father's death?

This will should not be executed due to the harm it causes the daughters, preventing them from marriage without a valid reason, and delaying their marriage, which contradicts the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If someone whose religion and character you approve comes to you seeking marriage, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption."

This is an injustice that the father must be prevented from committing, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or oppressed." Helping the oppressor is by preventing him from his oppression. Preventing daughters from marrying a suitable partner is an injustice to them and leads to animosity and cutting off ties of kinship.

Accept the suitor if he is of good character and religion, and be kind to the father and honor him by praying for him, seeking forgiveness for him, fulfilling his covenant, honoring his friends, and maintaining the ties of kinship, for you have no kinship except through them.
