Is Misyar marriage considered void due to the absence of the condition of having a house or place (al-ba'ah) in it, based on the understanding of the word "al-ba'ah" from the noble Hadith "Whoever among you can afford al-ba'ah, let him marry," and the Quranic verses and Prophetic Hadiths that indicate that al-ba'ah means a place or a house, and since the lack of an independent house leads to the corruption of unlawful seclusion (khalwah muharramah)?

Al-baa'ah (the ability to provide housing, sustenance, and clothing) is important for marriage, and whoever possesses it should hasten to marry. However, it is not a condition for the validity of the marriage contract. The Prophetic tradition encourages those who are able to marry and directs those who are unable to, to fast, because the marriage of someone incapable of providing for the wife is an injustice to her and may lead to her supporting herself through unlawful means. The tradition does not prohibit Misyar marriage.
