What is the ruling on the Hajj of a man who commits adultery, drinks alcohol, does not pray, and does not fast?

If the husband is negligent in prayer and fasting, commits adultery, and drinks alcohol, he is in grave danger, for he has combined major sins that necessitate separation from him. This separation is either recommended or obligatory. If the husband abandons a right due to Allah Almighty, it is recommended for the wife to seek khul' (divorce at the wife's instance) from him due to his abandonment of Allah's rights. Furthermore, his complete abandonment of prayer may necessitate separation between them, as it is not permissible for her to remain with him, given that some scholars consider one who abandons prayer to be a disbeliever. Therefore, if the husband remains in his state and does not repent, do not hesitate to separate from him.
