What is the ruling on translating a purposeful movie, removing the indecent scenes from it, and then publishing it on forums?

It was previously deemed permissible to produce films that adhere to Islamic guidelines. If, after removing objectionable scenes, the film meets these guidelines, then there is no harm in translating and publishing it, provided that intellectual property rights are not infringed upon. The questioner is not permitted to watch the objectionable scenes before they are removed, because the end does not justify the means, and the means must be lawful. An exception to this is what is urgently needed for the benefit of the entire Muslim community, such as important scientific or documentary films, by analogy with the permissibility of looking at awrah (private parts) out of necessity, such as a witness, a doctor, or for the purpose of marriage and establishing religious rituals.
