What is the ruling on conducting private transactions through lying when necessary, such as associating oneself with a person of authority, knowing that these transactions cannot be completed otherwise, even if they involve legal violations?

Lying is forbidden and considered a major sin. It is not permissible to resort to it unless it is the only means to achieve a permissible right. In this case, there is no harm in it, provided it does not lead to harming others. However, if it is possible to use allusions (ta'areedh) to achieve the right, then it is not permissible to resort to outright lying.
