Are the phrases "I divorce you" (ṭallaqtuki) and "You are divorced" (anti muṭallaqah) considered an explicit divorce or a metaphor for it?

The phrases "I divorce you" (طلقتك) and "You are divorced" (أنت مطلقة) are explicit in divorce when the letter Lām is geminated (تشديد اللام). However, if the Lām is ungeminated (تخفيف اللام) in these phrases, it is considered a form of textual distortion (tashif).
