Is it permissible to buy an apartment repossessed by the bank if the sale is in cash and without installments or interest?

If the apartment owners are unable to pay their installments and have no other funds, the bank may annul the sale and reclaim the apartments, returning to the owners what they have paid. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever finds his property, in its original form, with a man or a person who has gone bankrupt, then he is more entitled to it than others." Therefore, it is permissible to purchase these apartments.
