Is it permissible for the eldest brother to withhold his sisters' share of their father's estate's rental income and refuse to provide for their mother, who is capable of earning a living, under the pretext that they have received their rightful share and are married?

The inheritance must be divided as Allah commanded, and the brother is not entitled to monopolize the building's rent. Poor parents are entitled to financial support from their wealthy children. This support should come from the mother's share of the rent. If that is insufficient, the children must complete it from their own wealth, according to their inheritance shares (for the male, the equivalent of the portion of two females). The brother is not allowed to withhold the rent under the pretext of providing financial support.
