Is one fidyah or two fidyahs obligatory for someone who enters ihram for Umrah from Jeddah due to his inability to enter ihram on the plane, and he needs to use diapers because he cannot control his urine?

Your father can enter into the state of ihram on the plane when he is parallel to the miqat by air, intending to perform the ritual. If he is unable to wear the ihram garments and remains in sewn clothes, he must still make the intention of ihram at the miqat, and he will owe a fidyah (expiation) for wearing sewn clothes. If he wears diapers for urination, he also owes a fidyah. If he repeatedly wears sewn clothes and repeatedly wears diapers, he owes one fidyah for the repetition of prohibitions of the same type. However, if he pays the fidyah before completing the Umrah and then repeats the prohibition, he owes a second fidyah.
