Is it permissible for there to be differences in the numbering of the verses of Surah At-Tur among the different copies of the Qur'an (Masahif)?

The reason for the difference in the verse numbering of Surat At-Tur is the variation in the number of verses among the ancient Qur'anic manuscripts. Some of them counted words like "Wal-Tur" (By the Mount) and "da‘a" (he called) as beginnings of verses, such as the Mus'haf of Hafs al-Kufi, while other manuscripts, like those of the Hijazis (such as the Mus'hafs of Warsh and Qalun), did not count them as such, leading to the difference in numbering between them.
