Is there a sound hadith regarding ablution upon becoming angry?

The Prophetic narration, "Indeed, anger is from Satan, and Satan was created from fire, and fire is extinguished only by water. So, if one of you becomes angry, let him perform ablution," is weak. It was deemed weak by Al-Nawawi, Al-Albani, and the verifiers of Musnad Ahmad.

The Hadith was also narrated with another wording: "Anger is from Satan, and Satan is from fire, and water extinguishes fire. So, if one of you becomes angry, let him perform ghusl (a full bath)." This version is also weak.

However, the meaning of theith is sound and acceptable from a medical perspective. Anger is accompanied by a rush of blood, and water extinguishes this surge and reduces its intensity. Jurists and scholars have mentioned ablution as a cure for anger. Some researchers believe that cold water calms the rush of blood and alleviates muscular and nervous tension.
