What is the way to stop watching forbidden movies and practicing masturbation, to escape the state of hypocrisy the questioner is living in, and to overcome the feeling of spiritual apathy towards acts of worship and studying?

Praise Allah for His blessings, and repent with sincere repentance that fulfills all its conditions. Abandon sins, resolve not to return to them, and repeat repentance whenever you sin. Sincere repentance erases what came before it, and the one who repents is like one who has no sin. Be mindful of Allah and always remember that He is watching you. Reflect on the grave consequences of sins, take care of your studies, organize your time, and fill your free time with remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and recitation of the Quran. Seek refuge in Allah and humble yourself before Him, accompany the righteous, avoid the heedless, strengthen your will, and strive against your soul with sincerity.
