The answer

It is not possible to definitively interpret what the questioner is asking about, but it is probable that the hardship they are experiencing is a trial. Imam Ahmad, Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad, and Ibn Majah, and authenticated by Al-Albani, narrated from Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, we are like that; trials intensify for us, and our reward is multiplied." Then he said: "First the Prophets, then the righteous. One of them would be afflicted with poverty until he found nothing but a cloak to make a hole in and wear it. And he would be afflicted with lice until it killed him. And one of them was more joyful with a trial than one of you is with a gift."

Therefore, the questioner should be patient, sincerely trust in Allah, have a good opinion of Him, and frequently engage in supplication, remembrance of Allah, recitation of the Qur’an, and the use of lawful ruqyah. This should be accompanied by repentance, seeking forgiveness, frequently sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and steadfastness in obedience to Allah and piety.
