What is the ruling regarding the intersex individual (khuntha mushkil) in the afterlife and their form, what is the difference between them and the effeminate man (mukhannath), and what will be the state of the effeminate man who imitates women in Paradise?

An ambiguous hermaphrodite is one who possesses both male and female organs, or originally possesses neither, but has an opening from which urine exits. A hermaphrodite, in reality, is either male or female; there is no third human gender. Their state in the afterlife, regarding reward and punishment, is like that of other people. As for their physical form, nothing has been reported concerning it in the Quran or Sunnah.

A mukhannath (effeminate man) is a male who imitates women in their walk, speech, and movements. He is cursed and condemned if his effeminacy is feigned, and this is considered a major sin. However, if it is a natural disposition and he does not deliberately affect feminine characteristics, then there is no blame or sin upon him. The people of Paradise will be purified from every blameworthy attribute and disgraceful character trait, for only the pure enter Paradise.
