The question

Are those oppressed by illness, death, poverty, and humiliation unjust, deviant, and arrogant? And do the tribulations of this world occur due to a servant's injustice and deviance, or for another divine wisdom? And what is the reconciliation between Allah's Beautiful Names: Al-Qahir (The Subduer), Al-Qahhar (The All-Subduing), Al-Hakam (The Judge), and Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim (The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful)?

The answer

Al-Qahir (The Subduer) is the Dominant One, before whom necks bow down and tyrants are humbled. He has subdued all things. He is the Wise in all His actions, the All-Knowing regarding the disposition of things. Allah Almighty is the Subduer of all creatures according to His will; there is none to repel His decree and none to overturn His judgment. In His subduing through illness and poverty, there are profound wisdoms and benefits for His servants.
