Is a former prisoner who was repeatedly raped by jailers as a form of torture, and as a result became homosexual and cannot abandon sodomy, held accountable?

A servant is held accountable for what emanates from him as long as he is sane and has free will. As for what the prisoner did under duress, he is not held accountable for it if it reached the level of compelling coercion, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do." However, his subsequent consensual engagement in the grave sin by himself is a great abomination that warrants cursing and detestation, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If you find anyone doing the deed of the people of Lut, kill the one who does it and the one to whom it is done." This man must strive against his soul to stay away from this abomination by marrying, frequently observing voluntary fasting, associating with righteous people, and avoiding seclusion with men, especially young, beardless ones.
