What is a good-smelling and reasonably-priced men's fragrance that can be used for da'wah (inviting to Islam)? And did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, use perfume? And is perfume haram (forbidden), knowing that perfume blending shops are widespread?

Fragrance is desirable for the preacher and others, and the best type of fragrance is musk, as stated in the Prophet's hadith narrated by Muslim. Al-Nawawi, Al-Shawkani, and Ibn Al-Qayyim all confirmed that musk is the purest and most excellent of fragrances, and it was the most beloved fragrance to the Prophet (peace be upon him). Therefore, it is recommended to use musk as a perfume, and it is permissible to use any pure perfume.
