What is the meaning of "يتشدقون في الكلام" (they are boastful/pompous in speech) mentioned in the Hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The worst of my Ummah are those who were born into luxury and grew up with it...they are boastful/pompous in speech"?

"The المتشدقون (mutashaddiqun) in speech are those who speak with their entire mouths and twist their tongues. It refers to someone who is pretentious in their speech, thus twisting their jawbones, or one who mocks people. The 'shadq' (jawbone/side of the mouth) is the side of the mouth. This pretentiousness in speech is meant to sway the hearts and ears of people. It is also said that they are those who speak extensively without caution. The hadith referred to was narrated by Al-Tabarani and Al-Hakim with different wordings; some scholars authenticated it while others deemed it weak. Al-Dhahabi said in 'Al-Talkhis': 'I believe it is fabricated.'"
