Is it permissible to write Ayatul-Kursi with edible ink on a piece of paper, then dissolve it in water, and give it to a sick person as a drink for ruqyah, following the example of the Salaf and what Ibn Al-Qayyim mentioned, and based on Masaru Emoto's study on water's ability to retain information?

Healing with the Qur'an and prophetic supplications is legitimate, and it occurs by recitation and reading over the patient, and over water, then drinking it and washing with it, or by writing it in a vessel or the like, then washing it with water and drinking it, as reported from a group of the Salaf, such as the actions of Mujahid, Abu Qilabah, and Ibn Abbas. There is no harm in writing that with saffron or the like on soluble paper, as long as it is pure and free from harm.
