Will he who listens to music in this world not hear it in Paradise?

The Sunnah indicates that the people of Paradise will listen to beautiful sounds, such as the singing of the wives of the people of Paradise with the most beautiful voices, as stated in the hadith of Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both.

While listening to musical instruments in this world is forbidden, there is no evidence that whoever listens to musical instruments in this world will be deprived of hearing singing and beautiful sounds in Paradise.

Some scholars say that part of the punishment for enjoying something forbidden in this world is to be deprived of it in Paradise, but asserting this requires specific evidence.

As for the hadiths whose apparent meaning is that whoever listens to singing in this world will not hear it in the Hereafter, they are very weak. Among them is the hadith: "Whoever gives himself over to singing will not be allowed to hear the sound of the spiritual beings on the Day of Resurrection," which is a fabricated hadith.
