What should an eighteen-year-old girl do when she feels unlucky in all aspects of her life (home, studies, social and family relationships), and that her parents do not care for her, which has begun to affect her worship and obedience to Allah?

Make the Hereafter your primary concern, and treat people kindly seeking the countenance of Allah. For whoever’s intention is the Hereafter, Allah will gather his affairs for him, place richness in his heart, and the world will come to him submissively. Whereas whoever’s intention is the worldly life, Allah will scatter his affairs for him and place poverty before his eyes. The happiness of this world and the Hereafter is attained by turning to Allah. If Allah loves a servant, He places acceptance for him on earth. Be content with what Allah has allotted for you, for He is more merciful to you than your mother. Interact with people with good character, seeking the pleasure of your Lord, not the praise of people, and do not fall short in your acts of worship.
