Is it permissible to buy and wear women's shoes that resemble men's toe-strap sandals from the front, but are like women's shoes from the back and bottom?

It is not permissible for a woman to wear shoes that outwardly resemble men's shoes, because what matters is the outward appearance. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men.
