What is the ruling on praying Dhuhr and Asr furtively during work, and is it permissible to be absent from Friday prayer twice in a row in order to perform it the third time due to work circumstances?

A Muslim must perform the five daily prayers at their prescribed times. An employer is not permitted to prevent workers from performing them. A worker does not need the employer's permission to perform the obligatory prayer, and he may pray it discreetly.

As for the Friday prayer, it is not permissible to miss it except for a legitimate excuse such as travel, illness, or rain. Whoever misses it without an excuse is sinful. The sin increases if one repeatedly misses it three times without an excuse, for Allah may then seal his heart.

Your husband should ask his employer or supervisor for time to perform the Friday prayer. If they do not respond, then he is excused for missing it. Among the other excuses are: being hired by someone who does not grant permission or if his work would be corrupted; or fear for one's wealth or essential livelihood, such as someone who fears losing his necessary wages.

A Muslim must strive to obey Allah's command, especially regarding prayer, which is the pillar of the religion. And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
