What is the ruling on the clear or yellowish fluid that comes out of a wound after the bleeding has stopped, if it gets on clothes?

Pus and purulence are considered impure according to the four madhhabs, while Ibn Taymiyyah held them to be pure. A small amount of it is excused on the body and clothing if it is impure, like blood.
