What should I do concerning the issue of hanging pictures and photo albums in the house, knowing that my family will not remove them? And will the sin be lifted from me if I am unable to remove them, given the Prophet's saying, "Indeed, the angels do not enter a house in which there is a picture," and "Indeed, the most severely punished people by Allah on the Day of Resurrection are the picture-makers (Al-Musawwirun)"? And is it permissible for me to lie by saying I heard a shaykh say they are forbidden to convince them to remove them?
