What is the expiation for days of Ramadan missed within the same year that were not made up, and is it permissible to feed a poor person on their behalf, and what is the amount of that in Saudi Riyals?

Whoever delays making up for missed Ramadan fasts until the next Ramadan, without a valid excuse, must make up the fasts and pay an expiation for the delay. If the delay was due to a valid excuse, then no expiation is required, and only making up the fasts is obligatory. This expiation is in the form of food, and its monetary value should not be given except out of necessity or for a benefit.
