Is the repentance and deeds of those who moved from one place to another because of their work in hotels accepted, and are there conditions for their repentance?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to work in places where Sharia violations occur if their work involves assisting in sins, due to the Almighty’s saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Allah the Almighty accepts the repentance of whoever repents from sins if the conditions of repentance are met: abandoning the sin, regretting having committed it, and resolving not to return to it; due to the Almighty’s saying: "And He is the one who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons evil deeds," and the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
