Is seeking the help of Satan to bring a woman closer unlawfully, accompanied by the feeling of satanic control and subsequent illness, considered Shirk (idolatry) or witchcraft?

What you did is a grave sin and a major transgression. It is not permissible to attempt to reach a woman through means forbidden by Allah, nor to seek help from Satan. If there is a belief that Satan can assist in achieving what Allah does not will to happen, then this is polytheism (shirk). Sincere repentance erases what came before it, and Allah accepts repentance from the penitent. So, repent to Allah, do not return to the sin, trust in Allah's forgiveness, and increase in good deeds that expiate sins.
