Is the son entitled to 10% of what he has established for his father in terms of property and rights after his diligent work for 12 years without compensation, and his incurring financial losses and debts as a result?

The son's situation with his father can be summarized into one of three cases:

1. An agreement between them on a specific wage, in which case they are bound by what they agreed upon. 2. His intention is to receive compensation without a prior condition, in which case the prevailing custom and experts are consulted to estimate his wage. 3. He performs the work voluntarily and as an act of piety towards his father. In this case, the father should appreciate his son's effort and sacrifice, and the son should realize that his father's pleasure is better for him than money, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "May his nose be rubbed in dust, may his nose be rubbed in dust, may his nose be rubbed in dust." It was asked, "Whose, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "He who reaches old age with both or one of his parents and does not enter Paradise."
