Is it permissible to stone during the Days of Tashreeq before Zawwal due to hardship and overcrowding, and the presence of an elderly mother?

The majority of jurists are of the opinion that stoning during the days of Tashreeq is not permissible except after Zawāl (midday/sun's zenith). They base their argument on the actions of the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "Take your rituals from me." This is also because the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to stone the jamrah after the sun had passed its zenith. Stoning at night is permissible based on the hadith of Ibn Abbas, which states that when the Prophet, peace be upon him, was asked about stoning at night, he said: "There is no harm." Some scholars believe that stoning at night is preferable in our current time due to the severe crowding during the day, especially for the elderly and women.
