What is the ruling on saying "Allah is not stupid" under the influence of emotion?

It is part of the Muslims' creed that Allah Almighty is described with attributes of perfection in detail, and attributes of imperfection are negated from Him in general. This is because detailed negation is not a form of praise and may lead to mockery and ill-manners. It is obligatory to glorify and revere Allah, and the expression mentioned in the question is not suitable for describing Allah Almighty; it contains harshness and ill-manners. Any deficiency in glorification is a deficiency in Tawhid (monotheism) and faith.
