What is the ruling on concealing an incident of rape and abortion from the suitor if its disclosure would lead to great harm, knowing that the doctor performed a hymen reconstruction?

The girl must repent for the abortion and the hymen reconstruction. She is not obliged to inform a suitor about what happened to her, unless he stipulates virginity. In that case, she is not permitted to conceal the loss of her virginity, because the reconstruction does not remove the deception, as it is an artificial virginity, according to Sheikh Muhammad Mukhtar Al-Shinqiti. If deception occurs, the girl is sinful, but the marriage contract remains valid.
