To what extent is the virtue of reciting Ayat al-Kursi and the aforementioned supplication with the stated number and manner authentic, and will Allah subjugate to him the sons of Adam and the daughters of Eve, and will all closed doors be opened for him?

This form of supplication contains two grave transgressions: speaking about Allah without knowledge, as there is no evidence from revelation for its virtue or desirability, and it is a composition by some people, and Allah Almighty has forbidden speaking about Him without knowledge. The second transgression is that the forms of remembrance (dhikr) and worship are based on divine command and adherence (Tawqif and Ittibāʿ), and this innovated form is a type of innovation (bidʿah) in religion. Every act not commanded by Allah and His Messenger is rejected for its doer, and innovations harm the hearts and cause the established Sunnahs to be forgotten. In addition, supplicating with the phrase "Huwa" (He) is an innovation, because "Huwa" is not among the decrees of Allah, and it is not permissible to name Allah with what He has not named Himself, nor to supplicate to Him merely by repeating the singular name.
