Why was it not reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded those afflicted by touch (from Jinn), magic, or the evil eye to consistently recite the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), or that he awakened his household for that purpose, despite our knowledge of their benefits?

Seeking refuge from jinn and magic, and adhering to the morning and evening remembrances, is a prescribed Sunnah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged seeking refuge with the two refuge-seeking surahs (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) morning and evening, for they suffice against everything and include seeking refuge from magic, jinn, and the evil eye.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn with: "I seek refuge for you both with the perfect words of Allah, from every devil and harmful creature, and from every evil eye."

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also commanded seeking refuge with Allah from the evil eye because it is real.

Concealing what is between the eyes of the jinn and the private parts of the children of Adam upon entering the toilet is by saying "Bismillah (in the name of Allah)."

If one of you sees something that pleases him, let him pray for blessing upon it.
