Is listening to others without interruption or turning away from them considered good manners for which a person is rewarded?

Listening to speech and not interrupting is among the noble ethics and manners that a Muslim should embody. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do this; he would give each of his companions their due attention and never interrupt anyone's speech.

If you do this hoping for Allah's reward, then you will be recompensed, for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I guarantee a house in the outskirts of Paradise for one who gives up disputing even if he is in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for one who gives up lying even if he is joking, and a house in the highest part of Paradise for one who refines his character."

And religion is entirely about character. So, whoever surpasses you in character surpasses you in religion.
