How can one deal with a wife afflicted by jinn possession (mass) and the evil eye (hasad) who refuses treatment with the Quran, and how can one reconcile the continuation of her treatment with the Quran while enduring her aggressive behavior?

Divorce is permissible, but it is advisable to be patient with your wife and consult with ruqyah practitioners for her treatment. It is recommended to play Surat Al-Baqarah in the house to expel devils, based on the Prophet's saying: "Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, abandoning it is a cause of regret, and sorcerers cannot confront it." (Narrated by Muslim). And based on his saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty wrote a book two thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. He sent down two verses from it, with which He concluded Surat Al-Baqarah. They will not be recited in a house for three nights without Satan approaching it." (Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Hakim, and Al-Tabarani). Ruqyah can be recited over her while she is asleep, or recited over water for her to drink without her knowledge. Seek help from ruqyah practitioners known for adhering to the Sunnah.
