What is the wisdom behind the precedence of teaching the Qur’an over the creation of man in Surah Ar-Rahman, in His saying, the Most High: "Taught the Qur’an. Created man"?

Surat Ar-Rahman begins with "Ar-Rahman" (The Most Gracious) because it enumerates worldly and otherworldly blessings. God's favor of the Qur'an was presented first because it is the origin and most sublime of religious blessings. This was then followed by the creation of man and teaching him eloquent speech, indicating that the creation of human beings and teaching them eloquent speech is so that they may receive revelation, know the truth, and learn the divine law.
