Will all people and all countries see the sun rise from the west at the same time, despite the variation in its rising from one country to another?

Among the major signs of the Hour is the sun rising from the west, which aligns with the Almighty’s saying: (The day that some of the signs of your Lord will come, no soul will profit from its faith if it had not believed before or earned through its faith some good) Al-An'am/158. When this occurs, all people will believe, but this faith will not benefit them, and the door of repentance will then be closed. This phenomenon might manifest at its usual global time, or at varying times for each country. The believer affirms what is stated in the sacred texts without delving into the modality.
