Is it permissible to donate the price of the sacrificial animal instead of slaughtering it? And is it permissible for a woman to show her adornments (such as her hands, hair, and legs) to other women?

If an Eid sacrifice (udhiyah) is mandated by a vow, it must be slaughtered, and donating its monetary value is not sufficient. However, for a recommended (mustahabb) udhiyah, it is permissible to donate its monetary value, though slaughtering is preferred as an act of drawing closer to Allah.

A woman is permitted to display her adornments, hands, feet, and hair in front of other women, unless the observer is immoral and might describe her to men, or if she is involved in lesbianism, or if there is a concern that the gaze might extend to the area between the navel and the knee.
