What is the ruling of Islamic Sharia on a man who separated a husband and wife with the aim of marrying the wife after her divorce, and is it permissible to impose a financial fine on him for the material harm he caused to the husband?

If a man corrupts a woman against her husband, he has committed a grave wrongdoing, because it is a forbidden act of incitement (takhbib) according to Islamic law. Jurists have strongly condemned the perpetrator of such an act, and some have even gone so far as to rule invalid the marriage of the inciter to the woman he incited. His establishment of an emotional relationship with her before marriage is a reprehensible act, and its continuation after marriage is even more reprehensible, in addition to the sin of eloping with her. The husband did well by divorcing her for taking a paramour, and he is not entitled to demand financial compensation from the aforementioned man.
