Is it permissible to apply foundation cream to a visible facial disfigurement to alleviate its appearance when going out of the house, knowing that several cosmetic surgeries have been performed previously but their effects have not been completely removed?

A Muslim woman is not permitted to apply cosmetic creams or similar products to her face when going out if her face is uncovered, because this constitutes adornment that must be concealed from non-mahram men. However, if her face is covered, or if she is not in the presence of non-mahram men, then there is no objection. Covering the face when going out or in front of non-mahram men is obligatory according to the most preponderant opinion of the scholars.
