If an orphan reaches puberty, the sponsorship payments must be stopped, as the state of orphanhood no longer applies to him. It is not permissible to redirect the payments to someone else without informing the sponsoring organizations. It is advisable to state the child's age in the documents and to alert the organizations to consider the age of puberty, unless you know that the organizations disburse the money to eligible orphans.
