What is the ruling on reciting the Ratib hizb (a regular portion of the Qur'an or other litanies) when unintentional linguistic errors are made by the reciters?

Mistakes in recitation should not be an impediment to learning the Quran. The reciter who makes mistakes is excused and rewarded if they exert effort in learning, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The one who is skilled in the Quran will be with the noble and righteous scribes (angels), and the one who recites the Quran and stutters over it, finding it difficult, will have two rewards." Therefore, these brothers should strive to correct their mistakes to reach the rank of the skilled reciter, and not abandon recitation for fear of making mistakes.
