Is saying "May God deal with you" to anyone, even jokingly, considered wrong and cause some people to be angry because they consider it a supplication against them?

This phrase is usually said by the oppressed, seeking God’s help against the oppressor, and there is no harm in him supplicating against his oppressor to the extent of the injustice. However, patience and forgiveness are better, as Allah Almighty says: "So whoever forgives and reconciles, his reward is due from Allah." And Allah Almighty says: "But whoever patiently endures and forgives—indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] strong resolve." As for saying it in jest, it is not permissible, especially if the other party gets angry from it and considers it a supplication against them.
